Freddy Medina
Graphic Design
I use graphic design and photo editing to showcase my projects in the best light.
San Marcos Reuse at the River Billboard
The City of San Marcos passed a new "Can ban" policy for patrons of the San Marcos River. As part of the outreach campaign for the new policy, I designed a billboard showcasing approved beverage containers. The billboard was located at the southbound entrance of San Marcos.

San Marcos Music Friendly
Community Street Banners
In 2022, the City of San Marcos received a Music Friendly Community designation from the Texas Music Office. I designed a set of street banners to celebrate the new title and to beautify our high traffic areas.

San Marcos Legacy Business
Program Brand Kit
I designed the branding for the San Marcos Legacy Business Program. There are four color variations. Each represents a new milestone. For this design, I drew inspiration from the traditional awnings used by small businesses.

Downtown San Marcos
Arts & Culture Crawl Brochure
The City of San Marcos partnered with Texas State University to host the Downtown Arts and Culture Crawl. I designed an event map to help attendees find local deals, live music, and photo opportunities.

San Marcos Chamber of
Commerce Sidewalk Decals
The San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce partnered with the City of San Marcos on a COVID-19 safety campaign in 2020. I designed a series of social distancing sidewalk stickers and window decals for this project.

Photo Enhancement
Image enhancement involves balancing contrast, shadow, temperature, and clarity in photographs. This is my favorite photo editing technique for creating vibrant social media and advertising content.
Photo Restoration
Image restoration is the practice of restoring the appearance of a digital copy of a physical photograph that has been damaged by natural, man-made, or environmental causes. I have restored numerous local historic photos for the City of San Marcos.
